Need some video retouching

I have a 3 minute long video of a bizarre lady. About 1 minute of the video would need retouching. Mainly her face would need to look younger, a few seconds of her hands in close-up would need to look younger and her inner thighs are slightly squashed by boots for a few seconds and would have to be made thinner.
