Looking for assistant 1-2 days a week

Hello! I'm looking for a digital assistant to help me knock items off my to-do list 1 to 2 days a week. The following are just a few of the things I need help with:

• help manage my remote staff (help monitor what they're doing/quality of work)
• help me with sponsor administration (signing up to new sponsors, closing down old sponsors, managing link codes, getting content, etc)
• help with site testing
• help writing documentation, text, manuals, etc for FreeOnes
• gathering stats to help me make decisions
• many other fun administrative things

What I'm Looking for in an Assistant

First and foremost, I'm looking for someone who's going to make my life easier and let me focus on more important tasks vs. routine clean ups or monitoring. This person will:

• have great spoken english
• be available between 9-5 amsterdam time
• willing to do calls to talk and share screens
• has a good internet connection
• is dependable. I.E. is given a task and completes it
• is able to see problems with current workflows and can suggest improvements
• can work independently

HUGE bonus... having knowledge about how affiliate marketing and its tools work. I shouldn't need to explain what link codes are, FHGs, campaigns, etc.

The hourly rate can be anywhere between $10 - $15 USD, depending on the candidate.
