I need to learn about setting up a kick ass affiliate program for a network of subscriber erotic sites that I will be launching soon.
Last year I built a successful adult site without using traditional adult marketing (sold it to my partner so I could build my own network) so I am not a TOTAL newbie, but pretty damn close.
I want to get an understanding of what makes a successful affiliate program and the best way to put it together. I do plan to hire an affiliate manager at some point soon, but I really want to learn the ins and outs for myself as well.
