What would I do to go around starting a join4free type site?

I am thinking about starting a celeb site kind of thing that offers free sign ups. I am just wondering how I would go around first to buy the email addresses or make money off it? As well as who would or could i get to send out checks to webmasters?

I really have no experence in pay sites at all but I have to start somewhere... I am just looking for a site maybe that explanies it all or someone who knows

    Thanks in advance.

iBill is your check cutter if you want top quality work. They also integrate into your site and will walk you right thru the setups that *you* need to do to enable them. (Which is a simple html page) and they take it from there for free. There are cheaper places when you compare the rates they charge but none do the job as well. (and their charge rate isn't THAT much higher than the other cheaper ones) We're talking iBill 1.5% to some others at 1.2% as an example.

iBill is a CC processor. If you want a free
site like join4free you won't need iBill.

Or do you want to let visitors signup with
a CC or only their email address?

iBill covers OUR Federal regs MrCocktale. Email addies only could screw you if the FBI finds kiddies signed up. But I was meaning it towards the end of his plan there really. If he has a freejoinsite it has to end up to a paysite someplace or no money can be made over a normal freesite eh?

Do you even know what Join4free is Gemini?

Xapster, I'd get in contact with someone at either Join4free or Pink4free and find out where they bought their software from.

Sure do Rhiz. I was addressing his question on how to cut checks. Use a 3rd party cutter and people are more trusting. :P

[email protected] is a nice person. or go post on their message board. And um i have no idea what gemini is talking about.. you don't need it to end up at your own paysite.. we've been doing a test run on our new 'free site' and so far in the past 3 days, 60-63% are leaving directly to sponsor links as soon as they enter.. and to top it off you add all the newsletter advertising, and its BaNk (just make sure your emails are double opt-ins when someone signs up)

I don't think that there is such a software program to design a site similar to join 4 free, well not for the general public. My guess is that if there was, there'd probably be thousands of similar sites out there on the internet by now, I mean they must be making a small fortune.

Also, I've talked to the owner of the join 4 free sites, and he has a professional programmer, so I'm also guessing that his programmer designed all the scripts for the site.

But anyways, if you go into the webmaster's area, you'll find his phone number. You can talk to both the owner and the programmer, and I'm sure they'll give you plenty of advice.
