Hey, I have been wondering about a few things and maybe it's time I just brought it up.

Until I started doing porn sites, I never had surfed porn, hadn't really watched alot of porn movies, was always raised to believe sex was a bad thing. Well in doing porn, I have learned ALOT about the sexual needs and desires and the differences people have in their sexual needs. I am probably one of the very few that can sit here all day and work on it and not be in the least bit turned on by it.. ok maybe there are times some of it does. LOL

But what I am wondering is how you all deal with this? Like for instance, now when I go out shopping, to a bar with my hubby when he plays his music, or just to dinner.. I look at people in a different light..... like "Woohoo, could I seel that chick's body" or wouldn't he make for some great content?" I am always thinking of new names for a new site and working it thru in my head. When I go to a bar, I watch their behavior with each other, how they interact, and then there comes the business side again...... damn wouldn't I like to have the content from what they are about to do......

Is this normal or does anyone and everyone who does porn sees things? Like it's all in the name of business and such. Or am I taking my damn job a bit too seriously? LMAO

I would like to get both male and female thoughts on this?

I look at naked people all day. So it's awesome when my wife wears something sexy! I'm like "Damn baby! Put it on! Yeah! Woohoo!" Kind of like reverse stripping I guess! I think being sexy is better than just going from everyday life to these pics of people going straight to doin' their thing!

I hadn't surfed alot of porn either before I got started. I am looking at porn 8-12 hours a day and don't get turned on by it. But I will admit that I look at women in a whole different light when I am out in Public, i.e. I've seen her before at such and such site, she would be perfect for my next adventure, things like that. That's my thought on this.

I was always intrigued by human nature and have always been what I like to call a 'Watcher'. People are the damn funniest of creatures when they're 'trying to get some'. They'll lie, cheat, steal, deceive and sell their own kinfolk for a piece of the action... and by action, I mean the item that they are in pursuit of; be it money, sex, a new job, love, acceptance, or whatever. It's the best damn soap opera I've ever seen and it USUALLY doesn't have any commercials.

THEN throw in the fact that pornslinging has given me the ability to picture everyone naked. This not always a good thing, though. There are a lot of ugly people out there and sometimes the thoughts just happen. Yuck.

I'm a lot more open-minded about sexuality than I used to be. That is one thing vieing unGodly amounts of human skin has done for me.

Well I was never a porn surfer, I live with ne of them, but I'm not... but it's funny when I sit here with him when he is looking around, especially at one of my sites..... he'll ask me when I got pics of that hot little number, and I will have no idea..... I've seen so much porn in my short life that most of it fails to turn me on in the least, especially the mass-produced mainstream stuff. Having known, hung out with and associated with 'strippers', 'exotic dancers', 'lingerie models' and the like for a few years (4) now, I can say that my outlook is quite different. I used to get called by girls I knew because it was dead inthe 'titty bar' and they wanted someone to talk to. Viewing gobs of porn on a rgular basis has changed me, no doubt, and here's one of those ways: I now wonder about 'odder things' instead of 'simple things' when I see a woman in public... things like:

- does she perform oral sex, and if so, has she ever had a facial? Does she .... or does she ....... ? I often get a quick mental image of the woman with various anatomical parts in or near her face, too.

- is she wearing that style of dress because she wants male attention or FEmale attention? Or both?

Tam, it's a great feeling isn't it? When your mind just flows with ideas.. That happens to me a lot.. It ends up saddening me though, when I realize I can't actual implement the majority of what I think up. Try not too get caught up too much, and make sure to give yourself a mental break, at least I needed to/should have many times, otherwise you'll burn out.

I think there are two separate issues with this situation. One being the constant exposure to it which desensitizes you, as well as looking at it as a business/responsibility and not just a casual gander at some hot bods..

As far as how you see people in general.. I think it's just the fact that you are in the business, and you look at people through the eyes of a webmaster.. as I bet the hubby 'listens' to people through the ears of a musician, whereby someone could say something in a general conversation and say a few words where he'd probably said, "Wow.. there's a song in that!"....

I build houses, so instead of passing a house and thinking, "That's a nice house." I'm thinking , "That would look better with a dormer on the roof." or something that is due to me being in the business and dealing with houses differently than everyone else.

Photographers, many times, look at people through a mental lens and think, "they'd do well in front of a camera."

I think it happens in all businesses, so you're just fine. You still have your tingly moments so all isn't lost..
