Tech Need my GA properly re set

I am running GA on my site for years, but it is NOT set up correctly. Many items are missing or are not reporting correctly ( for example conversions).

... So, I need an expert to completely re set and re do my GA.

No its is HTML 5 / CSS 3/....whatever that means

BTW: I do have it hooked up now, but the settings ( I guess) are not all correct. I only get some data, some others are not accurate and some are "not available". That is why I need somebody who knows his stuff and review it all and make sure I am using GA to its full potential.

...for example conversions....I know that site x sent me y customers and z of them bought yet the site x shows conversion 0.

While site A sent clients who never bought anything shows $$$

Or some items as " key words" show as unavailable
same with "search terms" etc...

It is all over the place
