    Hiring IM Chat Support for North Germanic Languages

    - create/provide and manage a team of 3-4 individuals who can respond to messages in written form in any of the following languages:
    * Danish
    * Finnish
    * Icelandic
    * Swedish
    * Norwegian

    - team will respond to 10,000 messages per week
; working on a 24/7 basis

    - communicate in spoken and written English effectively, but also fluent in the language used by the operators
