Looking for designers to design simple watermarks/banners

Hey guys!

We are an affiliate marketing company looking out for a designer that could help us out with some simple designs. It really doesn't demand that much experience, as it is pretty simple work. But it will definitely demand some imagination after a certain while of doing it.
As the job is very simple and it doesn't require a lot of experience, the pay would be about 5 dollars per hour. Which is decent when you're working from a cheap place to live, but definitely not for a westerner.

Dude, you're killing us out there, please read the suggestion and what advise you senior members of the forum.
