i paid him 1600$ paxum and he failed to send full paypal payment.

so i refund partial one and he wired me 10 days ago and still i didnt recieve a single penny.

when asked on skype he keep ignoring me.

earlier it went smooth..but i dont knw this time m really scared coz its hard earned money.

when asked on proof of money wired he kept ignoring..

its been 10 days.

i feel scammed but i hope not.

Seems that your wire information is not correct and the wire has bounced back to our bank account.

ok so as per conversation on skype.. we conculded on refund to paxum... but still not got any..waiting for refund..

ok .. so here it is.. i requested paxuma s last resort . they blocked his account.

then he refused to make payment or refund because his paxum is locked.

and refused to pay me on other means like western union or wire payment.

then i request paxum to unblock him to make me pay..

afterards he said he will pay me via paypal via friends account.

again after two days he said he will wire. i sent him details.. still no sign of payment.

it was my 1697$.

i feel scammed now.. again he become unresponsive
