                          It does count! If you at least make the attempt, you're ahead of the hordes of guys who never work up the courage.

                          I did my share of picking up girls, had some success, as well as a lot of getting shot down. (Don't you just love the aviation metaphor--like it's being a World War 1 ace in a dogfight? LOL!) But I know absolutely I always felt better for having tried!

                          Maybe I should write about this topic...?
