Position Summary
The Affiliate Manager?s role is to help expand our client base by sourcing, managing and optimizing revenue from new publishers and affiliates. With a wide range of direct and exclusive offers at their disposal, the successful candidate will join the sales team and directly contribute to development of their own revenue channel and while working directly with the Sales Director.
Your Tasks:
Develop new partnerships and publisher relationships
Conception and management of affiliate marketing campaigns overlooking the entire online marketing mix
Budget responsibility incl. monitoring, controlling, planning and reporting of budgets and timelines
Establishing and expanding online campaigns, offers, concepts and presentations
You maintain contacts with agencies, networks, affiliates and webmasters on all communication channels
You research, acquire, review and evaluate publisher accounts
Acquisition of new, strong partner overlooking all online marketing channels
And above all, you will directly influence the development of our company with us.
Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
Meet with clients and represent IMOCASH at industry conferences as needed
Our requirements:
At least Bachelor?s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
2 + years prior experience in Affiliate Marketing
You have a high affinity to the Internet and in-depth knowledge of the online marketing environment
You have very good knowledge of online communication tools
You have knowledge of the following instruments and measures: Google Adwords, newsletter marketing, SEO, display marketing, conversion optimization
Basic knowledge of s2s tracking.
You have very good MS Office skills, basic knowledge of HTML, technical interest and good fundamental understanding of technical matters
You are fluent in written and spoken in Spanish and English. Any other foreign language is an advantage
You have very good analytical skills
You are a neat, self-confident and communicative person and you show initiative and commitment.
Must have established contacts with publishers and media networks
Basic knowledge of HTML
Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing
