So we have tried a few different approaches and now is time for a new one! I tried the professional method - got scammed by 3 employers. Tried the rude bitch approach and got a LOT of new friends, which is pretty badass and I appreciate that - so now I am going to take a new route, and I know some of you will yell at me about this one too.
I am interviewing for a new Employer, must have the following criteria:
1) You must be willing to pay your staff and other members of your company - from affiliates, designers and other staff members
2) You must be serious about wanting to grow your company - if you are not, don't even bother saying hello, I am here to work for serious employers only
3) You MUST want someone with experience, if you want someone that does not know what they are doing, that isn't me - if you want someone to be a team player, and even a leader if that is what you need, I am that person!!
If you contact me, be ready to answer questions not usually asked of an Employer, but if you want to know about me as your Employee, then I want to know about you as my Employer - equal opportunity, right?
If this sounds like you and you want a VERY hard working and serious new member of your team, hit me up, if this isn't you - move along, because I won't fit into your company - I don't sugar coat things, I am easy to work with and can learn fast and take orders - but I won't ever let you wonder where you stand, I will tell you like it is at all times!
