Max, I was the webmaster for HDPORN.COM for a couple of years and have detailed exprience with pay sites, streaming video and tours.

drrkness, we have no pay sites currently. We will be going down that road in about 2 years. Plenty of other work until then though.

I'll outline the job a little better. We grossed 7 figures in customs & clip sales last year. We have less than 20 sites mostly Wordpress. The squeamish part or "extreme" content is basically horror movie type stuff. All that is needed in that genre is just the graphic design of the sites. We also have a a couple hundred BDSM scenes that we keep marketing but we are not currently producing.

The bulk of the continuing work is maintaining our social network manager & any other marketing. The studios solo contracts will create a lot of work setting up lots of sites. Initially Wordpress, then pay sites.

I have 3 editors, (post production is huge in our genres) 3 directors, a production assistant & then all the maintenance staff. I've been told by several porn stars that there is only 1 studio that is better setup than mine. Hard to compete with castles.

I started 5.5 years ago when I had a 19yo GF & we responded to a ad for "local talent". The dude was a hobby guy that had no ambition but all the stuff. I took over & have increased sales 400%. Mainly I did it by endlessly working, months without a day off.

Ok so now I have this machine cranking out content like crazy & I need a "Jack of all trades" webmaster to get a load off 2 of my directors so I can have them shoot more. I really want this person to be in Portland as there is just too much content to FTP all the time. Pay will be hourly based on experience.
