Free lance Designer with wp and php/js/ajax skills needed

I need a good designer to do banners site design, programming etc for a sharp price. The designer should have a good list of samples and working sites and good knowledge of wp and php, ajax.

I only need mainstream designs so make sure you also have mainstream samples. Also good knowledge of online stores.

If you can't keep to the time frame you do not have to contact me. Also i am not paying crazy prices. I am looking for a creative person with competitive prices.
