Sales Manager , In House, Montreal CA

The candidate should be a self-starter, who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving skills, sales skill and management skills
The successful candidate should have:
? Client Relationship skills
? Marketing experience: to coordinate and distribute marketing materials, manage website, prepare listing and buyer packages;
? Sales initiative: to follow up with lead generation;
? Transaction experience: to coordinate closing process, interact with clients and vendors and maintain all client file;
? Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and internet skills
Job Description:
- Attract new affiliates / media buyers
- Attract new tubesites direct:
(tab, spots, upload if not through public
access)- plugin (if it is a standard tubescript we support with
our plugins)
- special integrations (tube integration without plugins)
- attract new b2b partners (affiliate programs, paysite owners)
- for b2b API integrations
- traffic monetization (direct, API, whitelabels)
- attract new cross sale partners Joinpage and MA / upsales in the MA
-Social Networking,Adult Boards, FB etc?
- Attend industry shows in north america and also the ones that are relevant outside the market.
- Do proposals for new landing pages/banners to the media teams
-Product tests and feedback to the product team
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of online marketing sales experience
in the adult industry
- Knowledge of Media Buying, SEO, Affiliatemarketing,
Emailmarketing,
-The ability to structure Revshare, Pay per Lead, Pay per Sale deals
- High-energy, driven, goal-oriented
- Independent work-style but as well a team player
- willing to travel
