Anyone knows how to do a sales funnel complete with a squeeze page, then a sales page, then the oto offer and leading to the order page? I have a product which I want to list on clickbank, clicksure or jvzoo but do not know how to do the sales funnel. Let me know if you are interested

Usually with squeeze page you collect emails with double optin. Give some free stuff (e-book, report, number of tips, etc.). That may be your future buyer list. And when launch your product you can send email with one time offer (OTO).
For sales page you can use oto page, when leave main page. For Cickbank you can pay $50 for list your product.
