Looking for a PHP/Web developer in Montreal or someone willing to relocate to Montreal and must have the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years related experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP (OOP)
- Experience with MySQL
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery
- Experience in building scalable websites to handle high volumes of traffic
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills in english (written and spoken)
- Ability to deal with constantly changing priorities and requirements
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with NGINX, SVN, JSON, Memcache, redis
- Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment
- Experience with e-commerce sites, specifically OpenCart
- Experience with FFMPEG and/or other encoding technologies
LOCATION
- 10 min walk from the Villa-Maria metro (orange line)
- Accessible by bus no. 103 & 162
