Found few days ago this new girl val Midwest, bought nice domain for promoting her and then...then I found that the last affiliate program of the same owner did not end up very well, something like program closed, affiliates not paid. Looks like they are now with ccbill, so I guess there is no way how that could happen again, is there?

You will get paid as long as they stay as ccbill only.
You main risk would be spending time and money making a site for that one girl, should they close shop.

These days I stay away from putting too much effort into solo girl sites. I hate working my ass off on a site, getting some good SE rankings and making some sales only to have the site either close up or the girl leaves it and it becomes stagnant and no longer converts.
