HIRING Immediately: Data Entry. 1-2 Years of Work.

We have roughly 125,000 scenes we need to get into the various CMS's for rendering. You are basically doing little more than pulling information off spreadsheets and websites to get these entered into the CMS. It is obviously very simply, but repetitive, boring, ape man work.

You are paid according to production. Meaning you are paid for each DVD completed. Each DVD has between 3-5 scenes. You would keep track of this on a spreadsheet, report daily to Jim (project manager) and are paid on the 10th and 25th of the month. Jim would also be the one who trains you, or helps you with any permissions or other issues. He is your point of contact assuming hired.

I did this project myself for 3-4 weeks to work out the processes, make a training walk through, and time things out. You should be able to do 10 DVD's in 4 hours, and 20 in 8. Which is roughly 100 scenes per day, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

We have outsourced some of this overseas, as the amount of work is literally a 1-2 year project with the volume of content that needs to be processed. However, this gig is really just monkey work. Anyone could do it, and it's not difficult. However, it is a very long day of cutting and pasting.

If interested, feel free to contact me.

Wouldn't surprise me if it'd be possible to automate such a process by developing some small software to do it.

Because that sure is a lot of data input :p

Sadly, not possible. Have discussed it with three developers and ElevatedX directly.

You could import it from a spreadsheet on some things, but not everything.

Yes. It is a big task.

All people who have sent me emails have been forwarded to Jim, who is my project manager and oversees and trains, all of the minions. He is going through all of those applied now. Many have adult industry experience, some already know ElevatedX and MechBunny, some have no experience at all.

Keep in mind, we had been outsourcing some of this prior to me posting. Some are not keeping pace where they should be. Which is 10 DVD's in a half day, 20 in a full day. If they do not keep pace, we replace them. We need worker bees.

Right now we have somewhere between 50-100 emails, and applicants from job boards. Some offering up whole teams of people for this task. However, we really are looking for those with the WILL to work. It's an easy job. But a repetitive, mundane job. Once this one is done (although we will be licensing more content), we have more tasks of similar nature.

There is plenty of work. It really is about trying to set a budget, get as many people as possible for that budget, and getting as many scene cataloged as quickly as we can.

We are still interviewing, and hiring more.

Anyone applying I forward over to Jim for review. He then contacts them, and puts them to work. I am not sure how many people we have between outsourced "teams" and individuals from adult. However, there is always someone dropping out, or not meeting benchmarks.

I'd say it's probably going to be an endless hiring process for the next couple of years.
