Looking for a talented designer to make a html5/css template for my Smart Thumbs site.

I would like to have a nice header with maybe a cam and dating icon to hotlink to sponsors and maybe like a nice box or something around the thumbs. Possibly have the link under the thumb that says like # pics or whatever like on sexocean.com
