My first round did not go exactly has I had planned. I found a lot of interest, but few with the skills or work ethic to build something on this scale. This time around I have made a few changes to tease out the right candidate.

What I am Offering:
* Unlimited Web Hosting Resources
* 5,000-10,000 SD/HD Scenes over 12 Months (hardcore, gay, tranny, fetish, EX-GF, etc)
* Numerous Licensed Scripts, and Tools
* Access to Programmers and Web Developers.
* Part Time Assistance from my Assistant/SEO-Link Builder
* NATS/CMS/MB Software if Needed
* Merchant Account or Third Party Processing

What YOU bring the to table?
* $1000.00
* Time and Commitment. YOU would be doing the daily updates and work.

Why Would This Appeal to You?
* You get 50% of the revenue. Whether site developed and sold, or monthly recurring.
* Less risk for you.
* Access to tens of thousands of dollars in hosting, scripts, content, resources.

Summary:
This is really an opportunity for someone who wants to basically be the captain of the ship, and knows what they are doing to deliver results. You limit the amount of money you have to invest in this. You get access to a ton of resources. Whether a property is developed and sold, or built into an adult program, you share in the revenue 50%.

I prefer someone based in the U.S. or Canada (travel convenience), but will consider listening to proposals from other places. I am not looking to take money out of this immediately, so most of the money coming in would go to you/staff/hosting/etc.. I am looking at this as a long term venture and platform to launch some other things down the road I am working on as spin offs.

I have no real interest in running the day-to-day operations beyond making sure it's legit and legal. You would basically develop and run the operation. I am available for any guidance. I would just provide all of the resources needed for it to grow.

If seriously interested, and have the skills to bring to a long term project of this size, feel free to contact me. I have a ton of resources, content and connections and experience to bring to the table. I am simply looking to find someone else to essentially be given the ball and run with it. I suppose you can view it as the 'silent investor' per se.

If you are seriously interested and think you have the skills set and time for something on this scale, feel free to contact me with your qualifications. You would be able to accomplish a lot more with access to these resources than you could otherwise if serious.

I have sent a basic break down of objectives and requirements to those who've contacted me via email. For those who are seriously interested, there is a ton of potential on resources available. Whether you are looking to develop sites and flip them, build up a BROgram, or network, mobile and IPTV or whatever.

We have more than enough hosting , content, scripts, and developers to put behind it.

For those who had recently sent me an inquiry on this old thread....

The $1000.00 would not be valid for consideration any longer. I would still entertain offers, but you would need to bring something more to the table. Examples would be.... more cash to invest, you were a program/affiliate manager at some point, you have a traffic network that can easily plug into an affiliate program, etc. and so forth.

In short, you need to bring some skills or cash to the table. I am still willing to share the revenue and resources, but you simply can't come in green off the street. I am little more than an investor or silent partner for the most part.
