      Yes there is a big demand for programmers right now in Canada,so i doubt you will fulfill your needs.Unless you drop inhouse requirement ;)

          In-house is a better solution for companies working on decent projects where they have time constraints, as well as copyright or intellectual issues. Few want to trust that to a phantom freelancer.
