I need about 1400 screengrabs from 1400 movies. Might possibly be a bit less but be prepared for 1400.
Every screenshot needs to be sharp and cropped to a certain dimension. You have to do this manually obviously as i only want perfect grabs.

I need this done by next week tuesday/wednesday. Payment will be then through Paypal.

Many people will jump on this i guess so just say how much you want paid for this job. And i will pick someone.

I've professionaly written blogs and am a designer , you get what you pay for? no I take every job I do seriously and do it with the most care that's how you are supposed to work for clients. I need extra money for Christmas which is coming up for the kids, I'm not going to ask for $2,000 LOL thats crazy $270 or even $250 is a reasonable price for what he wants done. Hey Frank, here's one for you that might speed up process in the future.

If you have them on your server that has ffmpeg installed, you can run this unix command and it will grab 10 frames from each video and name them as video_name_1.jpg, video_name_2.jpg and so on. Then you can just pick the best looking frame and work with it.

for i in *.flv; do ffmpeg -i "$i" -an -ss 00:00:03 -an -r 1 -vframes 10 -s 160x120 -y `basename $i .flv`-%d.jpg; done

Thanks but i want it done manually. Making a screengrab is just as fast as browsing through 10 and picking one.

Oh and don't start about the price. As i explained, in total it was about 800 grabs and i paid him 300 dollars.
That's 10, 15 hours max. That's more than 20 dollars a hour.
