In court ? This is how this flash games business works. They place ads on the games, then all they want is people to use them on their sites to show more ads.

True, I thought you were scraping games.

Just go to mochimedia.com and sign up as a publisher and put a script
on your site.


On another note : even though people want their ads seen in the game they are
not happy with just anyone putting the games on their site.
If that were the case then all porn sites would have mainstream ads.
But we don't, they block us out no matter how much traffic we have.

So people can still get sued for posting the games if the developer doesn't like
the website displaying it because the website never had a license for the game.

A game is still a fully copyrighted work.
