Need to change my frontpage

I am looking for a very good coder to change my website frontpage.
What I need is very simple, just need to copy the frontpage from one website to another...

I have two websites:
http://www.thongsaroundtheworld.com
http://www.boobsaroundtheworld.com

I need that the 2nd website (boobs) looks like the 1st website (thongs).
Unfortunately, I lost the contact of the coder that made the change in the 1st website. I need this done today...
