Skills required: * Advanced Photoshop Knowledge * Must be a wizard with WordPress Theme's whether you build it from scratch or modify them... * Must be able to skin VBulletin Boards * Illustrator * Flash Skills * CSS * HTML 5 * Understanding of PHP * Indesign * Must be able to create website mockups quickly * Must be able to design logos, icons, print quality ads of any size * Must be able to add your own creativity and style to what our needs are * Written and oral communications skills in English is mandatory * Selected individual must be able to communicate daily via SKYPE *** AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MUST BE FAST, NOT MARRIED TO YOUR WORK AND TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IN STRIDE...IT IS ALL A PART OF EVERYONE GETTING WHAT THE WANT & NEED.
