Looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager
A provider of innovative mobile internet solutions is now hiring an Affiliate Manager to develop and maintain new and existing business partnerships with a goal to maximize revenues and profit potential for company?s B2C and B2B product lines.
Key responsibility will be to manage acquisition of new affiliates (partners, webmasters), increase revenues via affiliate channels, and initialize, manage and optimize partnerships within given territories with a focus on English (and possibly German) speaking markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solutions oriented self-starter with a creative sales mind and an experience in acquiring and managing sales relationships.
Terms: Freelance or full-time. Salary + commission.
Responsibilities Include:
§ Actively seek out, contact, follow up, negotiate and recruit potential partners to expand our affiliate presence
§ Implement and drive strategies to grow and maximize revenue from new and existing affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers
§ Optimize the entire affiliate program to ensure constant growth and exposure, provide full support to all affiliates
§ Create and manage affiliate communication and online media partnerships, working in close cooperation with Marketing & Product Development Departments to ensure these partnerships deliver the result required
§ Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities for affiliate partners
§ Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance based marketing and lead generation
§ Represent the company on industry affiliate forums, summits and tradeshows
Required Qualifications:
§ Previous sales experience with a proven track record preferably from the online adult industry
§ Thorough understanding of digital media, online advertising, marketing and sales
§ Comprehension of the benefits of various commercial structures including revenue commissions, and metrics such as CPA, CPM, CPC, ROI, etc.
§ Strong verbal and written skills
§ Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
