Just a heads up for anyone still clinging to OF model Instagram business accounts like it's 2019. We dumped the business profile and went back to a regular personal account. Why? IG strikes every other post, zero reach, no visibility in explore — it was like shouting into a void.
Switched to personal, and guess what?
No more random takedowns
Reach went back up
Engagement actually means something again
We can post more borderline stuff without IG throwing a fit
Yeah, you lose some of the "fancy" analytics, but who cares? The important numbers (views, reach, likes, reactions) are still there. You want deeper stats? Screenshot or dump them into a spreadsheet before they vanish in 90 days. Easy.
Bottom line: IG loves users, not brands. Going personal = less restrictions, more results. And more spicy content for models.
