Let’s start from the beginning. My name is Konstantin, and I used to be the primary producer for the affiliate program BrothersInCash.com. The deal was simple: I shoot the content, and Pavel, the owner of the program, sells it. Very handshake-style, very “trust between gentlemen,” and yes, very naïve in hindsight.
We didn’t sign any documents. I never transferred exclusive rights to him, which is easy to prove, because the same content was later released on DVD under the CherryVision label. Not exactly what you’d expect if someone truly held exclusive rights, right? So, my main point: I didn’t transfer the rights to anyone. If someone claims they have any documents signed by me or by anyone else pretending to be the primary producer giving away those rights, they should present them.
A few years ago, Pavel sold the affiliate program to CashDorado along with the non-exclusive rights to the content, but I didn’t approve the deal and even wrote to a lawyer that I was strictly against it. Well, the deal happened anyway… and whatever.
Unfortunately, I don’t have all the archives, as Pavel kindly “kept” some on his side. I want to sell what I still have, namely:
2009 – 6 scenes
2010 – 98 scenes
2011 – 43 scenes
Total: 147 scenes
Each scene includes raw unedited video from the camera in 1080i format, about 40–50 minutes long, up to 1000 RAW photos, and a full set of documents with passport photos and release forms, all in RAW format. The producer field is blank, so you can even put yourself there if you like.
The scenes are sold only in bulk for $20 each, totaling $2,940 for everything. Since the releases are blank, you can host or sell them as you wish. They’re sold as non-exclusive, so not to a single buyer.
Upon request, I can provide a sample scene so you know what you’re buying, and I can also make a screelist of all videos.
