FUCK NAPSTER!!!!!!!!!

Trying to find a song on Napster is like trying to find a needle in a hay-stack that is as big as Texas!!!!!! Grrrrrrr...

I don't see why Napster blocked like 90% of the songs in the world....people can still trade Mp3's through Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, and MSN Messenger!! Thankx to Lars Ulrich, fuckin fag from Metallica for throwing a hissy-fit .."BOO HOO!!! My music is being traded"...ISNT HE RICH ENOUGH ANYWAYS?

This post is just me venting...lord knows there's been like a million posts on here about Napster....

I go to that place called "The music store" in my neighborood. They have all the tunes I want and all the cd's I want too. They gladly trade them to me for these green paper with funny faces on them, (hihihi) I am screwing them so much (hihihi). Please don't tell anyone I do this (It's a secret between me and you guys!), or they might start doing the same thing

I, also, use audiogalaxy. But, I am used to Bearshare so I haven't taken the time to learn the AG yet.

Glad to hear the rave reviews, I'll check it out this weekend and get to know it a tad better.

I agree with Eric_aka_RedEyes, Morpheus is a pretty good substitute for Napster. I've went through MANY other programs, but found that Morpheus is the fastest of the batch. With others like Bearshare and Limewire, it took FOREVER to download anything.

Give Morpheus a try. It still doesn't have all the music that Napster used to have, but you can still actually find stuff on there.

Because of Napster, I have bought a few albums that I would have never have bought!! Napster gives me a chance to sample music, and download "One-Hit Wonders" LOL

Hey Hypo,

I will be more than happy to pay full price on all content for my sites. Every picture I get is useful and quality.

Music on the other hand. The industry has been scamming us for years. Putting one or two good songs on an album and then they push the hell out of it and we go buy the album just to find out that 99.9% of the album sucked donkey balls. So I no long set up my computer to record 3 hours of the radio and then transfer it to Mp3 files and then get my music that way. I just get it faster going through a program that allows me to find exactly what I want. Either way the same end result.

I can't believe you guys are making excuses for STEALING... music industry is scamming you so you STEAL from them? You buy 10 albums so its alright to STEAL the 10,000 others?

Man, let me go download 20,000 pictures, make a 1000 galleries and then I'll buy a 20 picture set which I would otherwise never have. And yeah, adult sites have been scamming me with their dialers and blind links and 3 day trial billings so let me get my copy of freeleechster and download all those pics off of those paysites whose passwords i got from that password board over there (which is doing us all a favour cos the porn industry is scamming us by putting the same content on all their sites). Oh, I'm only doing it cause I'll make another 10,000 galleries with those pictures, make $300 and then buy another $20 photoset which I would otherwise NEVER have.

ALL OF YOU HOLIER-THAN-THOU LEECHES ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES, WHO THINK STEALING FROM OTHERS IS OKAY, BUT HAVING SOMETHING STOLEN FROM YOU IS NOT. Just stop flaming every terra.es, hotlinking and stolen content post, ok?

I'm right with Babagirls, there's MANY cds that I bought after either seeing a music video, then going out and downloading a couple of extra clips from Napster or just hearing one song over and over again, it makes ya wanna get that cd. I have over 900 cds in my collection, so if I hear something that I like, I have to get it. I could never add a bunch of burned cds into my collection.

Also, speaking of promotion. I go through Heavy Metal Online stores and mags, picking out bands that I never heard before, popping them into Napster and downloading their tunes to hear. Ya know, I bought more cds from that than anything and those are all sales from stuff that there's NO WAY that I would've heard without Napster.

Try Gnutella or mynapster.com

no filtering, you get any song you want. Not as user-friendly as napster but the stuff is available. You can alos search for pics and movies using this software.

What i find hilarious is that all these webmasters complain about bitch about "free-loading sufers" looking for free porn, how giving away free shit is ruining the industry, how TGPS are fucking everything up, CJ'ing surfers so they bust out there CC, etc, etc, etc.

Even worst, I hear on most boards "Fuck the surfer those freeloading bastards!!!"

But then these are the same webmasters who are downloading music off napster or other sources. Oh and yes: their (somehow) "not" freeloaders. And then they complain about Napster dying off...hmmmm, sounds like a surfer getting caught in a CJ site complaining about not getting free pics.
