AFSC had a sale going on once, so I selected items and wanted to pay with crypto. Long story short, when I came back to the site, the guy adjusted the prices of the items that I wanted to buy, thinking that I wasn't going to notice or something.

Ya, this sounds pretty fishy.... All of our HD is one price (now only $25), all of our 4K ($35), SD ($20), they all have one price, we don't have varying prices (unless a scene is under 2 minutes we actually LOWER the price on those). So it we were to "change prices for your items randomly", then it would affect the prices of the ENTIRE SITE. And in our 11 year history, we have lowered pricing on all content across the board 7 times and raised prices 0 times. The only time we would ever "change" a price, is if it was incorrectly labeled. For instance, we made some content live before pricing it, so it was labeled at $1 or $0, some people jumped and added it to their carts quickly, we caught the issue and NOTIFIED the customers via email that the prices were wrong and now corrected, giving the customer the chance to remove from cart or cancel order all together.

We sell package deals where content is as low as 20 cents per scene, we have done discounts of up to 90%..... so we have no issue in selling content at the best and lowest prices... so to randomly select ONE order and raise the price for no reason, thats not something we do, or will ever do.

Looks like their business model is to piss off all clients and kill their reputation completely. I also dont get this behaviour.

Ive bought 2000 scenes from them. System was flawless and anytime any issue support was immediate. EVerything was what they said it would be and got all required docs. Not sure what people are crying about.

The renaming tool has been available on the site for weeks and has been downloaded by 2716 individual clients. Seems you're too focused on complaining in public instead of actually paying attention. One less thing for you to grip about.

Actually, it would seem you are in-fact the exception. AMACONTENT JOE has been a customer for over a decade, as has over 2000+ other clients.

I have just checked, and my account seems to be activated again.

I have no problems that I added the discount code to the packages, as I presumed it applied to them.

I was annoyed that you cancelled my account, after demanding payment for the full amount, as I could see no option to cancel, and I explained to the person who emailed me what happened.

I do not believe I was being unreasonable in not wanting to pay the full amount as I felt your firm had demanded as I only purchased believing I had a discount.

I also sent a dm to https://gfy.com/members/afsc/ and never got a reply.

My worry now is if I order from you, and then you later have one of the staff cancel my account because of whatever reason, I will be unable to download what I ordered.

Just to be clear, no one from this firm has contacted me since the account was closed to say it was a mistake or whatever.

If I have done something wrong, I will hold my hands up. I am not perfect.

All I did was presume the discount code applied to packages, and when I went to pay, your system did apply it. It was then I got an email saying the code did not apply. No problem. I could not see a way to cancel the payment. But then I was very shocked to get an email demanding payment in full or account closed.

If I order on Amazon and change my mind, I can cancel before it is sent. No threats of account being shut.

Finally. Complaining in public seems to be the only way to get customer service from you. I requested this tool for month via email and never got a reply, why is it a problem to simply write "Dear customer, thanks for your inquiry. We intend to make this tool available until end of this year, you then can simply download it in your account. Thanks for your patience." ?!

Stop justifying yourself in public and better get some lessons in customer relationship management to avoid such situations all together from the scratch.

Actually, we'd prefer you took your business elsewhere and never used our service again. Honestly, we don't want your business. We have thousands of happy customers, who we are happy to work with and assist on a daily basis, like Joe and others. I'm with you. I've bought a ton of content from them over the years and have referred countless people who have done the same and I've only ever had one person with a problem and that was with a missing model release, and that issue was resolved for them within a few days.

I will however say I've had seen DV Times around over the years and I can't count how many times he's been banned from places including XBIZ. This whole thread just sounds super sketchy to me.

As I stated, my problem is just that I had my account closed (it now seems to have been made open again) for simply not paying for something that I had not agreed to.

I will repeat what happened.

1. AFSC posted on this forum a discount code. I thought (my fault) the code applied to packages.

2. I made an order and applied the discount code to the package.

3. I clicked to pay.

4. Discount code still on package.

5. I went to pay.. At this stage I get an message stating that I would get an email with payment instructions.

6. The email says something about discount is not applied to package and to pay full amount.

7. I log back in to account but cannot see any place to cancel.

8. Next day (I think it was next day), I get email asking for payment or account closed.

9. I send an email explaining that I did not now want package at this time and would purchase probably next year, and not to close my account.

10. Email sent to me with no more than account closed.

11. Go to site. Account is closed.

12. Go onto this site. I send AFSC a message saying what happened.

12b. No reply even today on this forum from AFSC.

14. Notice account now active again.

15. No one from AFSC has up to the point of me posting this post has contacted me to say sorry it was a mistake or something. Indeed you will notice in this thread that AFSC has rather rudely ignored me. Instead, the AFSC representative has decided to have a ding dong with one of there paying customers.

Now I have only posted this as you seem to be suggesting I have told lies, and I am happy for AFSC to state if anything or everything I posted is not true.

I think my thread (this one) was to state AFSC seems to have an attitude problem with some customers, and what do AFSC do, but to have a ding dong with someone who has paid them good honest money.
