for me i had a bad experience with them, ordered some 3d animation content, and they sent me a completely different order, none of the items i ordered were actually received
just some parts of an old hand made anime which i didn't even order
i got a refund , but i received less since i payed in btc
and the dude on skype was really rude,

Their system is flawless . you probably got what you ordered and just didn't like it. no one else seems have issue. Ive downloaded almost 2000 sv=cenes with ZERO issues with clips , photos and 2257

Bought over 300 HD B/G scenes there for $300 package, so I dont want to complain too much. First the positive aspects, good website and navigation, lots of content, almost all models which were ever active from all over the world. Really good package deals.

Bad aspects: especially US content is lacking proper ID shots (model holding ID beside her face), mostly only plain ID copies what often isnt enough these days anymore. Only half of my 300 scenes have proper ID shots.

Also communication is bad, most requests are ignored if you complain like I did because of missing ID shots. Also they offer a renaming tool for the files to put porn actor name in the file.

I requested it several times to get some order in my files, but they never cared to provide it and ignore all requests.

In fact, I just bought some content from them on Friday. Couldn't have been easier. I added the items to my shopping cart, paid for my order, then went to bed. When I woke up the next morning I had an email that my order was ready to download. I downloaded the videos and photos, along with the 2257 docs. Easy peazy.
