You got full FTP access to 2000 HD scenes, photosets and 2257 from Brandon Ackerman and IMMEDIATELY after our server logs show you completed your downloads, the harassing comments began.

I forgot to mention that you didn't pay for your content yet, STILL, and instead of paying for your content you now start up asking for resale documents, asking for copies of resale licenses, business licenses. Not once BEFORE you made your deal did you ask for anything, nothing, crickets, no requests for info..... but the minute you COMPLETED your downloads you all of a sudden require documents before payment.

Oh and look, you also RESELL content in other offerings on GFY. Do you need OUR resale documents so you can pretend to have resale rights and offer to your clients? Pretty slick man, pretty illegal and a really bad position to put your clients in, because when we catch you they are the ones that get DMCA'd.

So you make a deal to license content, you download 2000 HD scenes, you don't pay, you start criticizing AFSC, you are a reseller and you ask us to provide you with our reseller documents and now you offer content for sale on GFY.

Only untrue words ( I avoid the offense to call that all lies, in all you say, cause I am not like calling anybody a liar and you won't take my energy in proving a forum that you do not keep with the truth) and Assumptions that you leave here. Why do you leave any deal hanging between our companies? because you are not director of AFSC? because you have no rights? no license? no company excerpt ?

We have offered to work with you multiple times but you simply either are too arrogant to accept alteration or simply just not understanding no matter how many times the same message is conveyed.

You downloaded all the videos, then claim that after doing so that you no longer want about half of the videos and want to exchange, so then we tell you that we would be happy to do so and to choose replacement videos and sign a dismissal of rights for any videos that you downloaded that you claim that you are unable to use. You refuse to do either. I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt but as you show a balance still of $1500 unpaid for videos, but want additional videos granted now prior to you paying your balance and without absolving the initial contract, we're at a stand still.

So as far as we are concerned, you are the only one holding up this process. It's very simple, if you don't want the videos then we consider the initial contract null and void. We can apply the amount paid towards a new contract and you tell us which of the videos downloaded you intend to use and which you do not, we write up a new license with the videos you intend to license along with the replacement videos and we hold you to a strict breach of contract requirement that if we see any of the videos that you have not properly licensed, you are waiving your rights to the others as you are attempting fraud which immediately nullifies the contract.

It's all very straight forward and easy to understand.

They do, they downloaded a lot of our content and then decided not to pay for it. Now all of a sudden they have a lot of content for resale. Buyer beware

Of course you are, its always easy to provide good service to people when you don't pay for the content you're selling. You owe us a lot of money for the content you downloaded, pay your bills and stop blaming the "lost in translation" bullshit. You download, you pay. Not you download, then ask for dental records before paying. Clown.
