Is it illegal to kill a former roomate?

I mean really, lemme just vent a little, I had this roomate who stiffed me for the rent through the rest of the month,she paid me a portion of the rent, and that was after the rent check bounced. then she skipped out, and moved in with her BF and now she is demanding her security deposit back.

Why can't she just go away?

Am i legally in the right to go over and bitch her out till her head explodes?

call me crazy, but i think the 4.0 deal is only in the movies....

She seriously has a problem, she threatened to take me to small claims court, and i told her she should, i infact encouraged her to do it, and she got pissed, and kept telling me to give her back her deposit.. LMAO

If you're going to threaten me, at least have the courage to follow through with it, or at least stick with it long enough to make me think about it.. LOL

But i'm pretty sure she can make her money back by possing for lensman.

actually mikey, i think because her name is on the lease, it's gonna save my ass if we goto court, she prorated her own rent after her check bounced to me, and legally she is responsible for one third of the rent though the end of the agreement, which luckily for her in only a month to month, and i wouldn't want to trty and screw her out of next month too... i just want the rent though the end of this month... we'll see... i am still pondering...
