Thats not cool. Next time they reopen I am downloading all the content we purchased and putting it on a separate drive so we always have our content available when we want and need it.

2 weeks? I paid $5500 back in August and still do not have my other 5 drives. Received 3 after a few weeks. They also made me pay for the drives again which I did because I was tired of waiting. Held my content hostage and still are. I sent $700 more beginning of January for the drives and still no content.

Emails get ignored, excuses get made, get brushed off.

Every time they send me an email about content for sale I reply to [email protected] and [email protected] with no reply back.

You got time to sell more content when you can't ship the content you sold?

I finally got Tristan to reply on Skype, was told she would check into it and let me know. That was Feb 16th and nothing since.

I ordered a package around the 2nd of the month, both the site and the ftp went down around the 19th and no good answer from anyone yet as to why this has to happen

I understand server issues, but it's been offline now for almost 3 weeks, and I really don't get why you would do this on purpose. If your upgrading software and hardware, that should all be done in the background, then switch over. But afsc seems to think the best plan is to just shut the site off and do what they need too. This is not the first time this has happened either!

So please by all means, let us know what is going on.

Nice dodge... why don't you tell us ALL what's going on? Are you working with AFSC or not?


Now back to the subject of the thread:

I was told that they (AFSC) are being bought out - but that's all the info I got.

I can't get AFSC / Tristan to reply on my outstanding delivery. It took about 4 months to get one 5TB drive delivered, and we're about 2 miles away. No licenses, no metadata, no 2257, just a bunch of semi-poor, over-compressed videos. Many with really bad color, artifacting, and split audio.

Now the web site is offline too. Sounds like there's a law suit brewing with all of our complaints.

I wrote them also (to Tristan) mid week this week. No reply, no 'bounce back', so it definitely seems like a "DOA" situation. I'm owed some - not a lot, really - funds for content sales, but that's nothing as I am sure based on the thread posts that people are out a lot of $ for non received content from them.

I got a response finally on Monday the 14th. They are prepping another drive with more content. Stay tuned.

If you're reading this Tristan, thank you... all anyone wants is communication! Just try to give everyone a heads up if there are long delays or problems.

When they're selling content, they flood the forum with posts / replies / etc...

When their site goes down, they're offline and not a single post.

Watch... when (if) they go live, they'll go back to flooding the forum with posts promoting their stuff, probably backed by a big sale along with an apology for going underground... but where are they now?

Most of us understand that sites need work from time to time. Why hide it? We'll understand... but keeping us in the dark makes them look extremely shady.
