    Give me what I paid for or give me a refund

    Sent him 780$ on July 31st for DVD rights, Design, Exclusive resell, non-exclusive and unlimited media distribution on the packages above ( 50% of contract price + HDD cost )

    Aug 13th I filed a dispute on PayPal since 2 weeks has gone by and I have not received the content or refund... I escalated the dispute to a claim on Aug 24.

    He told me he will send me the money back once he got the package back and I send him a copy of our contract voided ( it's not even a valid license because I still owe him the other 50% )

    I opened the dispute for the following
    Buyer reason(s):
    Empty Box
    Externally Damaged

    PayPal closed the claim Sept 1 and I did not get anything

      No one scammed you, Your drive was sent out and you claim it was empty and refused the package, and demanded a refund right away, I told you once i received the package back i would, You started calling me names and acting like a little child, One day you wanted refund then the next day you wanted me to over night you a new hard drive, then you filed a claim with paypal using the word porn knowing that it would get my paypal locked up which it did, in the end they agreed with me and since you refused to send me the license agreement back stating it was voided that you still had what you paid for, Everyone else that has dealt with me has received their content and are happy, but the one person that goes on and on how everyone on gfy has fucked you over is saying i scammed them, Like i said you talk to me like im some punk i'm going to tell you to fuck off.

      All you do is talk shit on people, You sat here and talked shit on my good friend Steve from Third World Media trying to get me to help you scam him out of content cause he won't deal with you, All i did was send him a nice email letting him know your plans, and then you even started talking shit on Dion from Combat Zone another friend of mine, and on Bluebird how they all ripped you off hundreds of thousands,

              And as for Keith you can see what I said.. You said he owes you 1750$ and I offered to help you get what you paid for. I said I've done pretty big business with them with a few fuck ups but in the end we got it sorted.

                                                              Refusing the package means you never took possession of the package, and thus you never opened it in the first place.

Because for whatever reason, afterhoursstudios has not yet received his product back. Looks like USPS lost the return shipment. That is not afterhoursstudios's fault.

                                                                                                  marlboroack, what you should have done is returned the product to afterhoursstudios with $780 insurance, so that if USPS loses your return shipment, you can file a claim against USPS.

The Post Office losing a package, which - even with the tracking link that Marlboroack HIMSELF posted - shows it was never returned. There's no way that AfterHours can be faking that.

                                                                                                                              I have dealt with & licensed content (some of which, in full disclosure he has hired me to shoot) for nearly six years, without issue.

                                                                                                                              I can't really say anything negative about Marlboroack either, from my own personal experience {I won't get into hearsay, but you all can read GFY for yourself...}, other than the fact that about 3 years ago, for no real reason with some business we were doing...he fucking called my house (which wasn't necessary at ALL!) at like 6 in the damn morning on a Sunday {and I live in Vegas, if that's any indication of how pissed off I was!}...
