I think it's pretty easy to get caught up in the moment and say the wrong thing. Especially when you've put yourself into a mindset of trying to "prove" something about yourself.

Unfortunately...he did it in the wrong place. And his attorney...Lanny Davis (Hillary's boy) wasn't going to stop him and confer with him.
Usually when someone is testifying to Congress and they have a GOOD lawyer who actually cares about them...the lawyer will push the microphone away and talk to the client for a second before the client answers.

But Davis? He just kicked back laughing. He's only there to make sure that Cohen buries himself and Trump.
