President Trump declared a State of Emergency at the US southern border on Friday.

Declaring the immigration crisis a national emergency was overdue.
Presidents have declared national emergencies for nearly 50 years.

I watched a bit on the new yesterday about this... This one woman has two houses on eight acres. It was the house she has lived in since she was two years old. If they built a fence, it would take up her little back yard.

Another man has been in a wheel chair for twenty years, and makes money by renting out trailers on the river bank. If they built a wall on his property he would lose his businesses because no one is going to want to rent a trailer next to a wall.

The states will sue saying this is not an emergency and then the homeowners will sue... This will be stuck in court until after Trump is voted out next year or is in prison.

But hey, so much winning...
