    Rotondo’s parents, Christina and Mark Rotondo, have been trying for months get their son to move out, according to WTHR. At one point, they even offered him money to help find a new place to live, reported Syracuse.com.

    He steadfastly refused and insisted they violated state laws by not giving him a proper six months' written notice, the station reported.

                                              Six months notice? I believe it’s thirty days written notice. Did he pay rent? He’s old enough to pay rent, take out garbage, do chores and grow up. Living at home at thirty is fine but u think he’s taking advantage and not contributing. I moved back with the parents around thirty until I found a house and settled in. Mom took rent but put it in a bank account in my name. I bought food, did laundry, drove both on errands, etc. The $12k/rent was helpful paying for the future.

                                              They should have changed the locks on the house, changed car locks, changed bank account info and he’d have gotten the hint.
