It´s been since the beginning of the month. They´re dealing with the processing companies & atm, they´re owed 60 grand from firstchoicepay...

Sounds like a case of them using FCP issue to pocket the money themselves.

FCP weren't their payment processor, just a payout option, they still have ability to generate funds, just not payout.

I've been through two payroll crashes, FCP while they stole thousands from me was a cake-walk compared to the first. bankrolled each with my own savings. any biz that doesn't have resources to feed in when shit goes down should not be in business

either that or they didn't believe enough in their biz to bankroll it when needed

Very sad to hear that people lost money. I lost when the credit card regulations changed and before that it was iBill I believe. Totally lost just a few grand but a friend lost fifty thousand dollars with iBill. Three months worth of profit gone.

Every few years a processor folds. I looked into opening one but they wanted one hundred grand up from with NO guarantee of return should they close. That was at least fifteen years ago and processing companies were popping up daily. Switzerland, Vietnam, Mongolia and other foreign countries were hosting unknown people to take our money. I remember daily threads about lost money and warnings not to trust your money with unknown people and banks. Bank of Swahili Territory or something like that made up bank name got money from people here.

Technically I know a way to process for adult industry projects but my time and money is limited. To get a backer would require me divulging this idea and they can take my idea and run. Legally I can get protected but the complications of lawyers and lawsuits are daunting.
