New court filing in the case against Alex van der Zwaan by Muller shows that long time associate of Manafort (Killimnik) was a Russian spy. Zwaan, was Manafort's lawyer and has pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI and destruction of evidence.

In his sentencing case, the Muller team just dropped the bombshell that shows Konstantin Kilimnik the guy who ran Manafort's Keiv offices was a known Russian spy..

NY state attorney has been working hand and hand with Muller. The reason is if Trump tries pardon anyone, including himself the NY DA will charge them. With them working with the FBI they can then instantly charge them and arrest them if Trump tries to pardon them so there is no risk of them fleeing the country and it won't have to drag out 2 years while the state builds a case. They will already have a case ready to go.

I've never expected Trump to be charged. Trump's lackeys will get charged and Trump will be impeached. Depending if there is money laundering with-in the Trump organization he may or may not lose his assets..

I don't think Muller can criminally charge a sitting president. He will charge and convict all the lackeys and hand his evidence over to Congress who will then be forced into impeaching him..

I suspect the only way Trump himself will get criminally charged will be at the state level.. ie by the NY DA who is working directly with Muller..
