lots of pin sites come and go just like any other type of adult websites but iv been in the industry a while and with this site almost covering its own costs it would be financially dumb to take it down so whatever time you spend adding your content wont be wasted.
I created the pin site just under a year ago out of frustration while using the biggest adult pin site (3 letter name) to promote my gallerys. After adding over 800 images to one of my boards with 1800+ followers someone flagged one of my images as inappropriate and my board was deleted!. This was a image from a reputable pay site but i had no way to contact them to get my board back. this happened twice after that and i thought f this il build my own. So im working on getting some support ticket system in place soon and want to work on ways to make it easier for webmasters to share your content. while you cant get support via site yet you can catch me on here with any issues or suggestions.
