Manwin makes money by selling ads on tubes to people who pay tens of thousands of dollars per month ($50k - $100k banner spots)

Let see WHO they sell it to and what it means for the surfer:

Clicking through to the website

FREE no-bullshit offers are everywhere. Surfer by now is confident he is getting FREE access.

Supposedly FREE access comes out costing $120

Manwin has no problems selling all that traffic that they shadily cornered to scams like that.

- Stolen content that people work hard to create is given for FREE to attract surfers.
- Half the surfers are conditioned to not pay for anything because of all the free content,
- Other half who do decide to buy something get fucked over by CC banging.

Take a second and try to comprehend the scale of this. Still think tubes don't affect porn sales? Still think Manwin tubes is a legitimate form of business?

I think most people already know all this and more. It's just that many of them are desperate and Manwin is probably saving them from going under for a while or else they see their tubes as their last hope for pulling something off. The same for some of the reps. They kiss their ass because their employer expects it since the companies do business together. You have to expect that.

People know they are shit and they are stepping in it when they work with them or defend them but they don't see it that they have much choice.

Then you have some affiliates out there who defend them. These guys tend not to promote any paysites so they don't give a fuck either. The tubes are just a free tool for them to get traffic to sell something else.

Well, what can be done now? I advocated using differant tube strategies before and got shot down (like asking for "legit" vids to be taken down, to rotate uploads, to DMCA anything older than 30 days, and so on). As I've also said, trying to get a loosely based "Industry' to do anything AS an industry is like herding cats.

Bottom line: Please show me how I can get 20k visitors to my paysites with a single posting ANYWHERE other than a tube NOW, today, and I will do it. (And I'm not talking about buying traffic.)

I work closely with my affiliates and often allow them to have full videos, like tubes do, or to give them custom edits, banners, etc. I have hundreds of affiliates and I try to treat them all according to the amount of sales they send. Wouldn't you?

So these tubes sites ARE my affiliates, as much as you are, but if I didn't provide the promo clips to tubes I highly doubt all the other affiliates put together would or could replace them. So pulling links, in the end, only hurts the affiliate.

Well, if your point is I should not have tube sites as my affiliates I would say that realistically that's not going to happen AND if you can find me affiliates that could replace the numbers I do with tubes then I might consider it. 2. If all you could send me is 10 sales a month then you're (relatively) small time and therefore could really use the money.

Let's try clarify things this time around so you get what my point really is so you don't have to justify what your point is.

You are involved with *user* uploaded tubes. I don't wish to be involved with anyone involved with them. Whatever motivation I had to push your sites is gone now that we have established your involvement. And for the record, I run a small potatoes operation. So, you probably won't even notice my non-involvement with you. Kapeesh so far? Good.

Just because I am small potatoes compared to others around here, this doesn't mean I could really use the money. I like money and I like making money, but first and foremost, this is a hobby for me. Therefore, I have the luxury of dropping sponsors that do things I do not wholeheartedly or even remotely agree with. Many others simply don't have that luxury because this has evolved into a 9 to 5 job for them, some of whom are convinced that pushing every available sponsor on as many domains as possible is in their best interest.

And when some Numbnut says that dropping a particular sponsor is my ( financial ) loss, the irony around here becomes thick enough to cut with a knife. Someone suggests that Everyone including Fabio and Manwing could be making greater financial gains if Fabio and Manwing did Y instead of X and people around here start behaving like howler monkeys with PMS.

I sincerely mean it when I say, Good luck with your 5 year plan, Peabody. And don't fret about my well being. I'm not hurting myself in the least.
