Serious question about recording cam shows??
If a girl does a cam show for her site remotely from a laptop with a webcam and you want to keep the footage for use as archives / updates...does anyone have a solution other than sticking in a tape?
We are using a windows media server. |

You may be able to use a videocamera with a digital storage medium as a webcam and then she hits record when the shows are broadcast and capture the footage live to the local storage in good quality.

why are you using Windows Media server? Use Wowza server and Adobe Media Encoder on the cam girl's end, there's a checkbox to save a recording of the live video stream to hard drive. OR you can set up the Wowza server to automatically save a recording of live streams on the server.

setup 2 webcams, once records to hard drive, one to live steam. $50 for webcams.

Once I read that a guy was recording the webcam models shows with bulent screen recorder and then he joined the webcam sponsors AS MODEL, and did playback of the shows to cash in.. tricking the stupid surfer who pays for a Pixelated cam and not for HD VIDS.
anyway I was really never into this cam stuff, just wondering how people still are able to convert cams.. a huge mistery for me.. 0:20,000 with 99% of cam sponsors.. a huge mistery or SHAVING TO THE MAX ? . |
