Anyone succesfully converted a TGP to a tube?

Thinking about making the change. Anyone done it successfully? If so, I'd love to hear any tips, or pitfalls to look out for.

    How is SE usually affected?
Did traffic come on its own, or do you have to buy it to get big?
    Sales up / down?

I guess that's a trick, going from pic site to vid site. Your bookmarkers are there to see pics.

yeah, keep the tgp and start a tube in addition. then feed traffic to it from your tgp.

I've been hearing the same from a few people. Would a sub-domain be best, or should it have its own?

that is what i would recommend as well, we have done it with several of our sites and it's been quite successful.

You can add tube site as section, converting it's bad idea.Especially if domain contain pics in name

You could argue doing either. Personally, I'd just get a new domain that makes sense for a tube and then just use them to cross promote each other.
