old news, it was actually 77 domains and the news came out on Friday.

actually the tvshack.cc is new. Google says 82 domains were seized, so there's 5 more than the previously reported 77.

tvshack will bounce to a new domain again. just like they did the last time around.

What if tomorrow, that was 70 big tubes?

They should start with youtube...as the leader and then move to the next. The above sites are a joke...its like when the police makes a deal with the drug cartel about catching one small fish to pretend they do some work.

A lot of the Tubes are strait right now by owning and having rights to about 90% of whats on their site.

Where do you guys think all of the content that everyone blows out for dirt cheap go??


Before any government goes around taking any tube site, all of the big ones will have all of their paper work in order. With all of the money they make you don't think they can afford 500 DVDs for 5K?? Or what ever cheap price they sell for.

I think the way tubes sites started was wrong, but what they are all evolving to with all right and paper work to all content on their sites will be right when the laws catch up to the current issue.

If you guys pay attention to what is going on, you will see the shift from illegal "strait up thieving tubes" to legal, "we got all of the paper work to all of the content here and the stuff that we don't have the paper work to our our "sponsor partners" that we are affiliates of, uploaded the content with our affiliate links attached."

I am willing to bet that, with in the next 2 years every tube site Manwin owns will be all legal and they will be one of the biggest affiliate partners in the world to all of the biggest online porn companies.

If you look at the trends, you can see that stealing content for a business is slowly becoming a less viable long term business plan.

With all of the government crack downs and lawsuits it seems that all illegal tubes will be moving into an affiliate style business model.



I genrally stay out of these threads because i am friends with a lot of shooters who bash anything tubes or any post that does not bash tubes. This is how i see things going at this time.

My advice to close down any tube site, is to stick a Louis Vuitton logo somewhere on the page......
