Well, yesterday when I was spending some of my hard earned porn $$ at a cam site, a model invited me to join NeedLive and put her name as referrer in the form. No big deal, as I have a cam project in the pipes and am still searching for good cam sites to promote. Good chance to test it. Here's what happened then:

1. After entering my personal details and CC info for the first credit purchase the "Please wait for the payment to be approved" message remained on the screen for 10 minutes! After that I got the message that it's still pending and I should contact support.

2. After clicking my way through the whole site and the Wiki without finding the damn support chat I finally got there through a small link in the Wiki. So, I asked why my payment was pending. He told me that the card was issued in a different country than the one I live in and wanted to know the reason. Ok, actually I wanted to say "that's none of your business", but I explained him that I'm an adult webmaster and the card belongs to an e-wallet system. I was just told that he doubts that my transaction is legit and the risk department has to decide about it on Monday.

I mean WTF??? For 30 damn Euros the risk department has to decide? Lol. Never had anyone decline a card because it's from a different country.

3. Today I got an e-mail saying that the payment was finally approved. But the 10 extra credits which were promised at signup were still missing. So I had to enter support chat AGAIN and ask for it to be added manually, which was done instantly at least.

Seriously, maybe I just had bad luck, but if you make joining and buying credits such a hassle for your regular customers aswell, I'm not sure if I want to send traffic to such a site. There are plenty of other cam sites with easy hassle free payment solutions.
