Fucking malls are crazy! What are they giving away?

I remember a few years back Black Friday was busy, but this year it seems like its crazy. People getting in line on Wednesday and stores opening at 3am. Last night I drove by Walmart at 9:30p just to see and it was crazy. They already had a line 300 deep, WTF! Today I drove by the mall and they closed the parking lot it was so crazy. Are the deals that great? I saw Target had a 32" TV for like $198, but come on. Anyone on here braved the malls or stores?

Our local mall caught fire and most of it burned down, so it sucks for local peeps trying to do the mall. This just means most of the other local malls will have even more customers.

I did most of my shopping on line this morning. Kid gave me a shopping list, and I bought everything....

I stopped by home depot and target this morning around 8:00 on the way back from a doctors appointment. Both were basically empty. I bought some AA batteries from home depot and a tomtom from Target.

A line of 300 people is a huge crowd.

I went out at 10pm to Toys R Us to grab the few things that I couldn't get online for the kids.

There were no less than 2000 people in line. The entire shopping plaza parking lot was full and the toy store was the only store that was going to be open. I didn't even get out of the car. I went home, went to bed and tried again at noon today. All the stuff I needed to get was still available and I didn't wait but 2 minutes in line to check out.
