So it isn't free. Someone is paying for it. And since the government has no real income expect for the money they force people to pay them (direct taxation) and the money they borrow (indirect taxation because this increases the money supply and decreases the value of people's money), it's the people that end up paying for it.

When you have the same "education" as everyone else. you are not really "higher educated".

people deserve to be educated but do not deserve to think they are meant to be handed things. there is a time when one has to look at themselves and realize options within their own life.

You could argue that the french revolution devoloped a sort of comunism. The great Napoleon Bonaparte introduced universities I belive. Also they developed a constitition.
