These guys at Hostgator are going crazy, this Friday they will sell everything with huge discounts going up to 80% off! 
This is what I just got:
The trick is it only applies to your first invoice, so if you pay only 1 month, the second will be regular price, but if you pay 1 year, regular price will apply on month #13 and if you choose 3 years regular price will be charged in month #37! Thus, their cheaper option for 3 years is just $35 (and believe me, it's very good and reliable for what is intended, not to mention their second to none support). Just one thing: it's not now, it will be on Friday and be sure to pay attention to the time, from 5AM to 9AM CST for 80%, otherwise the discount will be 50% (huge, but not as sweet). I'm not sure if this applies only to new customers though, so if you already have an account I guess you should sign with different info just to be sure
